Washington State Gambling Ban Upheld.. The fight continues.

Used to be a blog that questioned everything about live poker,online poker,live gaming and well. Life. Now it deals out ANYTHING I want write about. Like my quest for #1win w/major poker tourney,or how Political correctness got nuts! Why I think Washington D.C. Sold us out! God Bless our Troops/GOD Bless the USA! Time to round up those accountable for the mess and get them before the JUDGE, People got too GREEDY,Big Bizz,Politics,Media and Insurance. The days of ME,ME,ME must STOP,STOP,STOP!
. This legislation has me fuming. To see them passing laws like this without any public scrutiny just burns my you-know-whats. I've emailed all three of my legislators and have sent email to the state gaming commission to complain about the law and to let them know that, come November, none of them are getting my vote.
ReplyDeleteIncidentally, the politician who started the whole thing is known to have accepted campaign contributions from the tribal casinos and other B&M gambling institutions.
Even more interesting is that even though all of the legislators supported this bill, none of them supported a later bill which would provide state-funded support for people with gambling addictions. Funny considering that one of the things they use to explain this particular law is the fact that it makes it easier to become addicted to gambling.
