Sometimes LIFE calls us away from the game

Listen - I love poker.

I am all about it! It is not "IN ME" to play - it "IS ME" to play poker.

Sometimes - however - If ur like me, you take these games on in spurts.. Sometimes they go on for months - sometimes weeks - other times - days or hours.

This week - I'm not my poker self - meaning I'm not into playing all that much... Not!.. that I don't still love this game.. no.. no! - I just have learned to DO LIFE too (Along with poker) and this week - I'm spending EXTRA time with my wife and daughter.. a little more than normal - (I spend more time with my kid and wife than MOST I'd bet.. even when I'm playing a lot of poker - as I play most my play late at night)

That said - Not this week.

No biggie to me - But NOT much to REPORT on or chat about -

I might have some really cool news in the near future - IF all cards fall right I might just get a chance to do something (POKER RELATED) that I have been wanting to do for some time now.

Time will tell...

My buddy Chunky is KING for these lines and they always follow - well not always - but 80% of the time - the HAND ends NASTY for him...

Sometimes - MAKING MOVES is NOT the thing to do... Sometimes they are... Maybe just NOT as often as my buds that play...

POKER is MORE than MAKING MOVES EVERY OTHER HAND!!!

cake poker and PPSN

Man do I ever have a headache - People tell me it's running around with all this warm winter weather..

well - this give me time to play online poker and check out two new sites to (me) -

1st. Cake Poker - I put on the regular for me (on any site) $50.00 - and away I went - playing small limit NL poker. First impressions - I like the "feel" of the cards that are hitting the poker table - I like the outcomes, like checking down a hand from time to time and taking the pot with
"7" high in a BLIND hand. Overall - I'm almost afraid to say it - It seems like LIVE play to me.

No other site has ever had me thinking thoughts like this - EVER. I've played many years of live play - all over the country and even ran a game for a good 4 years - two, three times a week - Later today - I'll try to get a POST I made on a forum about my take on ONLINE RNG's - and how MAYBE - just maybe they might me Bull CRAP..

That being said - again, I'm liking CAKE POKER for the last two weeks now - MY "study" OF THE SITE CONTINUES..

2nd - PPSN - pokerplayerssocialnetwork.com - Worth looking into is all I'm going to say - My name is same there too (Tom Dwyer) - Cuz - that's my name. lol.

Hmmmm - let me go look for that post now...
